Individuals and organizations that live outside of Palestine can pay to subscribe to the publication. Ads in the publication generate income that has sustained the magazine for over sixteen years.
TWIP seeks to link with Palestinian, Arab and other American networks that will distribute the magazine in the USA. They also seek help to answer the question of whether to emphasize print, digital or both as they enter the American market.
